SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Position : Senior Operations Executive | Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad | Experience: 3–6 Years | Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiner Preffered | Upto 8.5LPA

About the Role

Suroskie is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive to manage day-to-day D2C/E-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory, warehouse coordination, logistics, and fulfillment. The role will ensure smooth execution of operational activities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day D2C/E-commerce operations and ensure smooth order execution.
- Handle Unicommerce for order processing, inventory, SKU management, cancellations, returns, and dispatch.
- Manage the complete Order-to-Dispatch process, including picking, packing, shipping, RTO, NDR, and returns.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Purchase, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, order fulfillment, and dispatch TAT.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics agencies for shipment movement and issue resolution.
- Track RTO, NDR, returns, cancellations, and other operational exceptions.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, Unicommerce reports, and operational dashboards.




- Monitor daily operational KPIs and identify delays, errors, and process gaps.
- Support the implementation and improvement of SOPs and operational processes.
- Assist in monitoring team productivity and daily operational targets.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for corrective action.
- Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is mandatory.
- Experience in D2C/E-commerce operations is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Skincare, or Consumer Products will be an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of inventory, warehouse, logistics, order management, RTO/NDR, and returns.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and operational reporting.
- Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
