Role Description The Senior NetSuite Developer is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom NetSuite solutions, including scripts, workflows, integrations, and customized modules to support business processes.

NetSuite Developer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement scalable solutions. Daily activities include system configuration, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and applying best practices for data integrity and security. The role also involves mentoring junior developers,



supporting implementation projects, and providing technical guidance on NetSuite enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications

- Strong NetSuite development skills, including SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, custom records, and advanced configurations.
- Experience with integrations and APIs, such as REST/SOAP web services, middleware tools, and third-party system connectivity.
- Solid understanding of ERP concepts, financial processes, and business workflows, preferably in consulting or professional services environments.
- Proficiency in general software development practices, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, version control, and debugging techniques.
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements, document technical specifications, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical team members and contributing to solution design and architecture decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are preferred and considered an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting in the Pune Division, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
