About the Role
LWT is hiring a Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment function across India and our growing Europe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow our in-house Talent Acquisition team and external recruitment partners
- Drive sourcing strategy across job portals, referrals and agency channels
- Own the full hiring lifecycle, from opening a requisition to a candidate's first day, with structured process discipline at every stage
- Partner closely with hiring managers and our People's Office to keep every search on track and every hire set up to succeed
What We're Looking For
- 10 to 15 years in Talent Acquisition/HR, including at least 4 to 5 years leading a TA team
- Prior recruitment experience in engineering, electronics or manufacturing preferred
- Strong process discipline, stakeholder management, and hands-on sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, HRMS platforms)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Compensation
CTC of ₹10,00,000 fixed + ₹2,00,000 variable per annum.
