Responsibilities -

- Talent Research & Market Intelligence: Develop a strong understanding of Qualitia's business, products, market, customer base, and ideal customer profile to identify relevant talent pools, target companies, and competitors and provide leadership with insights on talent and hiring trends.
- Leadership & Global Hiring: Lead executive and senior leadership hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Functions, along with end-to-end hiring for the Australia and US markets.
- TA Automation: Lead recruitment automation initiatives, including ATS implementation and optimization, workflow automation, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and the overall hiring experience.
- Talent Attraction: Develop employer branding practices and talent pitches that effectively communicate Qualitia's value proposition, culture, career and growth opportunities.
- Candidate Experience: Create a seamless, engaging and professional candidate experience across the interview, selection, offer, and post-offer stages.
- Analytics: Build and use recruitment dashboards to track hiring progress, funnel performance, time-to-hire, quality of hire, and other key metrics,



using data insights to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements and hiring efficiency.

Experience & Qualification:

- 12-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search and Leadership Hiring
- Strong experience in a high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, or technology company.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions, particularly Sales, Product, Engineering, and corporate leadership.
- Exposure to international hiring, particularly across India, Australia, and the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and recruitment analytics.
- Experience using technology and automation to improve recruitment operations and hiring outcomes.
