Job Summary

Iconic Fashion India is looking for an experienced Manager – Retail Audit to manage audit and control activities across retail stores and related operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying operational and financial risks, ensuring adherence to SOPs, controlling inventory shrinkage and revenue leakage, and strengthening internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute retail/store audits across multiple locations.
- Identify stock discrepancies, pilferage, shrinkage, fraud and revenue leakage.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail processes.
- Conduct surprise audits and investigate unusual transactions or control failures.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate variances.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, risks and recommendations.




- Monitor closure of audit observations within agreed timelines.
- Develop preventive controls to reduce recurring audit issues.
- Lead and mentor the retail audit team.
- Present key audit findings and risk areas to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Retail Audit / Store Audit / Internal Audit.
- Robust experience in fashion retail or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Good understanding of inventory management, POS, cash controls and store operations.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; ERP/SAP experience preferred.
- Good communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to stores as required.

Preferred Candidate 7–12 years of experience in retail audit, preferably from fashion, apparel, footwear, lifestyle or multi-brand retail, with experience managing audits across multiple stores.
