Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Plan, develop, and implement PR strategies.
- Research, write, and distribute press releases to targeted media.
- Collate and analyze media coverage.
- Social Understanding and Political Acumen:
- Ensure successful implementation of PR campaigns.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and agencies.
- Manage content and maximize its use as a communication tool.
- Implement and circulate newsletters across print, electronic, and social media.
- Project Delivery:
- Understand projects’ needs and deliver PR activities effectively.
- Research, develop, and implement PR campaigns for festivals.
- Industry and Competitor Analysis:
- Map the movement of competitors and industry counterparts.
- Develop strategic plans to increase awareness of the organization's operations.
- Networking and Event Management:
- Meet and network with media personnel.
- Report writing, event endorsement, organization of press conferences.
- Plan and execute product launches and media roundtables.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Develop and execute PR campaigns.




- Understand all media channels (digital, mobile, print) and leverage them effectively.
- Provide key insights and strategic recommendations for below-the-line (BTL) marketing.
- Brand Campaigns:
- Create brand-inspired campaigns geared towards delivering impact in the BTL space.
- Plan cross-platform integrated campaigns that deliver real results in the BTL space.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in Corporate Communications/PR with excellent communication and writing skills
- 6+ years in Public relations, preferably in the events, entertainment, and advertising sectors. Should be interested in working in the Arts space.
- Should be very well connected with Global PR Agencies
- Should be well networked and well read

Skills:

- Proven track record in handling PR and communication functions.
- Expertise in planning and executing integrated campaigns across various media channels.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
