Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop the Project Plan
- Create and Lead the delivery team
- Monitor Project Progress and Set the priority for completion of delivery meeting the timelines
- Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction
- Evaluate Project Performance
- Participate in the Daily cadence and understand the Project status and take required action
- Project Resource optimiation
- Contract Management Extension SOW creation Modification
- Participate in regular Audit and security Audit
- Internal Project management Governance activities imanage and Compass SMR PWPA insignt 360 ACE Tool Project invoice and Travel Project closure in Imanage and Compass
- OnsiteOffshore team cordination




- Resource Fulfilment Onboarding and Offboarding
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
- Defining the program governance controls
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- DailyWeekly governance with client and publishing the Progress report
- Cordination with SME and functional team across all workstreams for Testing progress
- Manage escalations client communication stakeholder management
- Confirming successful delivery and signsof at the program closure
