We are looking for a senior Cost Engineering – Plastics professional with extensive experience in plastic manufacturing processes, cost estimation, cost modelling and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cost engineering strategy for the Plastics category
Lead and mentor Cost Engineering teams
Develop and maintain detailed cost models
Drive costing accuracy, transparency and optimization
Identify cost drivers and recommend cost-reduction opportunities
Drive VA/VE, alternate manufacturing processes and material optimization
Lead client engagements and cross-functional initiatives
Drive automation and continuous improvement in costing solutions
Evaluate supply chain, market and industry factors impacting cost
Industry Exposure:
Automotive | Aerospace | Industrial | Appliances | Medical
Good to Have: Cost modelling tools, data analytics, ASME/ASTM/ISO knowledge, automation and continuous improvement experience.
Candidate Profile
15–18 years of overall experience in Cost Engineering / related functions
Extensive Plastic Cost Engineering experience
Strong expertise across multiple plastic manufacturing processes
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Materials Science; B.E./B.Tech preferred
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and business skills
0–30 Days Notice Period preferred
