:

We are looking for an experienced Highway O&M; qualified to manage and oversee Operations & Maintenance activities for NHAI Highway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall management of Highway Operations & Maintenance activities.

- Plan and monitor routine, preventive and periodic highway maintenance works.

- Ensure compliance with NHAI, MoRTH, IRC and Concession Agreement requirements.

- Coordinate with NHAI, Authority Engineer, Independent Engineer and other government authorities.

- Monitor road condition, highway assets, maintenance quality and service-level requirements.

- Review and implement Maintenance Manual and Project Maintenance Programme.

- Identify accident-prone locations/black spots and ensure corrective and preventive measures.

- Lead and supervise technical, maintenance and contractual teams.

- Manage contractors, vendors, resources and maintenance activities.

- Monitor project budget, cost control and cost optimization.

- Review O&M; documentation including inspection reports, test reports and statutory records.

- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth and uninterrupted highway operations.
