The Team Member – Finishing is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring finishing works across assigned projects. The role ensures quality execution of façade, interiors and external finishes in line with design, specifications, safety standards and timelines, while acting as a technical expert without direct people management responsibility.
SECTION: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
Financial / Functional Perspective
- Optimize finishing costs through effective material usage and execution methods
- Reduce rework and wastage in finishing activities
- Support value engineering initiatives for finishes
- Ensure adherence to approved budgets and BOQs
Customer Perspective
- Deliver high-quality finishes aligned with design intent
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants and contractors
- Support timely handover with superior finish quality
- Enhance customer satisfaction through defect-free execution
Internal Process Perspective
- Plan and execute finishing works including façade, interiors and external finishes
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials and specifications
- Monitor workmanship quality and conduct inspections
- Coordinate with multiple agencies and trades
- Identify and resolve technical and execution issues
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain site documentation and progress reports
