We are seeking a highly driven, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Manager Fulfillment Center Operations to lead end-to-end fulfillment center operations. The role requires strong operational leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive service excellence while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

- Ensure consistent achievement of all customer and operational SLAs.
- Lead end-to-end fulfillment center operations, including inbound, inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch, returns, and quality control.
- Own and manage the fulfillment center P&L;, driving cost optimization and productivity improvements.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
- Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and resource utilization.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and best practices.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Mentor and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust expertise in fulfillment center, warehousing, supply chain, and logistics operations.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver operational and customer SLAs.
- Strong P&L; management and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, influencing, and persuasion skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly accountable with an ownership mindset.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, reporting, decision-making, process automation, and operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
