KPPL is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Design & Estimation to lead and facilitate optimized technical design, costing and estimation for our range of chemical and process equipment solutions.

Key Requirements

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design, estimation and costing of chemical/process equipment.
- Strong domain expertise in Thermoplastics, Thermosets, FRP/GRP, HDPE and metallic equipment/solutions.
- Experience in design interpretation, material selection, BOQ/BOM preparation, manufacturing costing, labour-hour estimation and techno-commercial proposals.




- Ability to optimize designs and manufacturing methods to achieve competitive and technically sound solutions.
- Should be conversant with engineering standards, drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
- Strong analytical, commercial and coordination skills with the ability to work closely with Design, Production, Procurement, Sales and Project teams.
