ZingHR is looking for an experienced Customer Support skilled to take end-to-end ownership of our Customer Support function for enterprise HRMS customers.
What we're looking for
11–16 years of experience in Customer Support / Product Support / Client Services
Strong HRMS / HCM / Payroll / SaaS experience
Experience managing support teams and enterprise customer escalations
Strong exposure to SLA, CSAT, TAT, MTTR & FCR
Experience working closely with Product & Engineering teams
Strong people management and process improvement skills
