Major activities.

a) Develop and execute the organization's annual digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.

b) Oversee the overall digital marketing function, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of marketing activities.

c) Strengthening the company’s digital brand presence and enhance market positioning across relevant digital platforms.

d) Review existing marketing strategies and recommend improvements based on market trends, customer insights, and performance analytics.

e) Conduct research on emerging technologies, digital trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities that contribute to business growth.

f) Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team by fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.

g) Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback,

and identify training and development opportunities.

h) Delegate responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

i) Conducting research on new trends in technology or client behavior that may affect the company’s bottom line.

j) Review and provide guidance on the work completed by designers,

web developers, and digital marketing team members.

k) Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, PPC advertising, video marketing, display advertising, and other digital channels.

l) Monitor the performance of digital channels to ensure effective audience targeting, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

m) Analyze campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and implement datadriven improvements n) Improve landing pages, website user journeys, and conversion optimization strategies.

o) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign results, and marketing return on investment (ROI).

Support Directors/Partners and Business Development teams in acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities q) Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify potential business opportunities.

r) Support thought leadership initiatives and corporate communication activities.

s) Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with business goals.

t) Collaborate with web designers and developers to develop new website features and enhance existing digital platforms.

u) Ensure website security, performance, content updates, and continuous improvements.

v) Establish guidelines for content creation to maintain consistency with the company’s brand identity.

w) Manage the digital marketing budget, including resource planning,

staffing requirements, and training initiatives.

x) Develop dashboards, management reports, and performance summaries for tracking business impact.

y) Present monthly digital marketing performance reports, insights, and recommendations to Management

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE a) Excellent knowledge in digital marketing.

b) Up to date knowledge about marketing trends.

c) Marketing Automation Platforms.

d) Team Leadership and Performance Management.

e) Familiarity with AI-powered digital marketing tools,

Google, ChatGPT, Gemini AI, including AI content generation platforms, AI analytics tools, marketing automation assistants, predictive analytics solutions, and

AI-driven customer engagement technologies.

f) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

g) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google

AdWords campaigns.
