Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead CSR Advisory, ESG Consulting, Impact Assessment, and client engagement assignments. The role involves managing consulting projects, supporting CSR and sustainability initiatives, preparing high-quality reports, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities

CSR & ESG Advisory -Advise clients on CSR strategy, governance, compliance, and implementation under the Companies Act, 2013. Support development of CSR plans, sustainability initiatives, ESG integration, and SDG alignment. Provide advisory support on ESG performance indicators and sustainability reporting.

Research, Assessment & Evaluation Lead and manage Impact Assessments, Baseline and Need Assessment Studies, Monitoring & Evaluation assignments, Third-Party Evaluations, SROI studies, and other research and evaluation projects under CSR and development initiatives. Design research methodologies, assessment tools, and data collection frameworks. Analyse quantitative and qualitative data and prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and client presentations.

Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of consulting assignments.

Project Management - Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple consulting assignments from inception to completion. Manage project timelines, documentation, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with field teams, research associates, and subject matter experts.

Business Development & Client- Engagement Prepare proposals, concept notes, technical bids,



and presentations. Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, NGOs, government agencies, and development partners. Identify recent business opportunities and represent TAG at CSR, ESG, and sustainability forums.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Essential - Strong understanding of CSR regulations, Schedule VII, and the development sector. Experience in Impact Assessment, Monitoring & Evaluation, research, or social impact consulting. Working knowledge of ESG principles, sustainability, and SDG frameworks. Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred - Experience in proposal writing, SROI, ESG reporting frameworks, or data analysis tools. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Educational Qualification - Postgraduate degree in MBA, MSW, Rural Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sustainability, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Candidates from reputed institutions with relevant consulting or development sector experience will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate - A proactive consulting professional with experience in CSR, ESG, sustainability, impact evaluation, or development advisory. The candidate should be capable of independently managing client engagements, delivering high-quality consulting assignments, and contributing to the organization's growth through strategic partnerships and business development.
