Role Overview : We're hiring a Senior Manager and Manager for our Statutory, Internal & Systems Audit practice. This role suits an experienced audit professional ready to independently plan, execute, and conclude engagements while leading and mentoring audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and conclude statutory, internal, and systems audit engagements independently - Lead and review the work of audit teams on large, complex, multi-industry assignments - Ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing (SAs), Ind AS, the Companies Act,



and applicable tax regulations - Manage client relationships with strong client-facing communication and reporting - Support IT/systems audit and internal controls assessments (DISA/CISA exposure a plus)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience - Prior experience at a large or mid-size CA firm - Solid technical knowledge of SAs, Ind AS, Companies Act, and tax regulations - Proven ability to lead audit teams and manage engagements end-to-end - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred - DISA / CISA certification an added advantage - Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
