Company Description-- Bharat Energreen is looking for an experienced professional who can take complete ownership of financial closure, project funding, government incentives/subsidies and statutory approvals for large-scale CBG/Biogas projects.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in taking renewable-energy projects from DPR & loan application stage to sanction, disbursement and regulatory clearances.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and coordinate Term Loan / Project Finance through Banks, IREDA, NBFCs and other financial institutions.
- Manage the complete financing cycle — application → appraisal → sanction → documentation → disbursement.
- Coordinate preparation/review of DPR, TEV, CMA Data, Financial Model, Cash Flow, DSCR, IRR and project viability documentation.
- Structure Debt–Equity, Promoter Contribution, Collateral/Security and Working Capital requirements.
- Handle applicable Central & State Government Subsidies, CFA, incentives and renewable-energy schemes.
- Coordinate MNRE, GOBARdhan, SATAT/OMC and other applicable registrations/offtake documentation.
- Manage/coordinate statutory approvals including Pollution Control Board, Fire NOC, Factory-related approvals, land/local authority permissions and other project-specific clearances.
- Liaise directly with Banks, Government Departments, Financial Institutions, Consultants, Authorities and other stakeholders.
- Resolve lender observations, compliance queries and documentation requirements to avoid delays in financial closure.




- Maintain a project-wise Finance & Approval MIS/Tracker with transparent timelines and accountability.
- Support multiple CBG projects simultaneously across India.

Candidate We Are Looking ForWe are specifically looking for a doer, not only an advisor. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate actual experience of ₹25 Cr–₹100+ Cr project financing, preferably in CBG, Biogas, Biofuel, Waste-to-Energy, Solar or other infrastructure/renewable-energy projects.

Candidate should have strong working relationships/exposure with Banks, IREDA, financial institutions and relevant government authorities, along with excellent knowledge of project-finance documentation and regulatory processes.

Mandatory During InterviewCandidates should be prepared to discuss 2–3 projects personally handled, including:

Project Size → Loan Amount → Lender → Sanction/Disbursement → Subsidy/Incentive → Approvals Handled → Current Project Status

This will help us identify candidates with actual execution experience rather than only documentation or liaison exposure.
