Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Apache Kafka to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop robust, scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Build event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
- Design Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.
- Implement scalable and resilient microservice architectures.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Contribute to CI/CD and cloud-based deployment practices.





Required Skills

- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Git and build tools such as Maven/Gradle.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.
- Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
- Knowledge of Kafka Streams.
- Experience in high-volume, distributed enterprise applications.
