Senior Full Stack Developer (Java React) FinTech / Banking

Location: Hyderabad OR Chennai OR Bangalore

Department: Engineering Core Banking & Payments

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build secure, low-latency financial systems. You will work on scalable Spring Boot microservices and up-to-date React interfaces powering core banking, payment processing, and real-time ledger engines.

What Youll Do

- Design and deploy microservices using Java (11 ) and Spring Boot.
- Build modular, high-performance UIs using React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Integrate event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time transaction processing.
- Optimize database schemas and queries across PostgreSQL or Oracle.
- Implement banking-grade security standards (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS, OWASP).
- Deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure.

What We’re Looking For

- 5 years of full-stack engineering experience (FinTech or Banking domain preferred).
- Strong mastery of Core Java, Spring Framework, React, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, relational databases, and microservices design patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and unit testing (JUnit, Jest).
