Position: Sr. IT Executive

Location: Raipura Chowk, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Education: Graduate/Master

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in IT Hardware, Networking & MIS

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT hardware, systems, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
- Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows OS, software, hardware and network devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, network connectivity and basic server-related issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT infrastructure across the organization.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system-related issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware records, software licenses and AMC/vendor records.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for hardware repairs, networking and other technical requirements.
- Implement and monitor data backup, system security and access controls as required.
- Provide technical support to employees and assist in resolving day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, IT dashboards, system/asset reports and management reports using Advanced Excel.
- Create and manage Excel reports using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts and other advanced Excel functions.




- Analyze IT-related data and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT activities, issues, resolutions and asset movement.
- Ensure IT systems and infrastructure are maintained as per company requirements and security standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Hardware & Networking.
- Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting and network support.
- Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Routers and Switches.
- Strong command of Advanced MS Excel and MIS Reporting.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and commonly used business applications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day IT operations.

Eligibility
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; IT/Computer-related qualification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Hardware, Networking, MIS and IT support.
- Candidates with experience handling IT operations for a mid-sized/multi-location organization will be preferred.

Salary & Location Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Job Location: Raipura Chowk, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
