Senior IT Engineer Corporate IT
Location: Bangalore | Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Qualification: Any Degree CS/IT Background

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Windows/Linux Servers, virtualization and Microsoft 365.
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Entra ID.
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & Firewalls (SonicWall).
- Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues.
- Manage Endpoint Security, EDR, patching, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
- Handle IT assets, vendors, licenses and infrastructure monitoring.
- Support ISO 27001, IT audits, information security and compliance.
- Perform RCA and ensure SLA-based incident resolution.
- Support infrastructure projects, migrations and network upgrades.
- DLP knowledge is an added advantage.
