About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Interior Designer to join our Hyderabad team. This is an individual contributor role focused on handling high-value residential interior projects, delivering strong design concepts, presenting ideas confidently to clients, and converting design discussions into successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the modular/interior design industry, excellent communication and pitching skills, and a proven ability to handle projects in the ₹20–30 Lakhs range.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete design lifecycle from initial client interaction to design finalization and execution coordination.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, budget, and functional expectations.
- Develop robust and practical interior design concepts for residential projects.
- Prepare and present high-quality 2D layouts, 3D designs, renders, material selections, and design presentations.
- Confidently pitch design concepts and communicate the value of proposed solutions to clients.
- Handle client discussions, design revisions, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Work on projects in the ₹20–30 Lakhs project value range and understand the commercial aspects of high-value interior projects.
- Apply knowledge of modular furniture, materials, production constraints, installation requirements, and execution limitations while developing designs.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically strong while remaining practical, cost-effective, and executable.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales,



project management, production, and installation wherever required.
- Maintain a strong focus on client experience, project closure, and overall project value.
- Take ownership of individual projects and deliver outcomes independently.

Key Requirements

- 4–8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential interiors/modular interiors.
- Proven experience handling ₹20–30 Lakhs residential interior projects.
- Prior experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design renders and executed site photographs.
- Strong understanding of the modular interior industry and its practical limitations.
- Excellent knowledge of residential interior design, space planning, materials, and modular solutions.
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and pitching abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Strong ownership, confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
