Role Overview
As an Admission Counsellor, You will be responsible for guiding prospec ve students through the admission process, resolving their queries, and conver ng leads into successful admissions through effec ve counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, eligibility,
and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with prospec ve students to convert leads into admissions.
- Explain fee structure, admission process, and documenta on requirements.
- Maintain accurate student data and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and admission drives when required.
- Build strong relationships with students for better engagement and retention
- Ensure excellent student experience throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the database accordingly.
- Achieve the desired number of Zoom meetings and lead assignment targets.
