- Monitor computer networks for security issues and threats.
- Implement Indicators of Compromise (IoCs) and Indicators of Attacks (IoAs) shared by agencies like NCIIPC, CERT-In, MHA.
- Conduct vulnerability assessment (VA) and penetration testing (PT) using open-source tools.
- Analyze firewall and antivirus logs daily to detect security lapses.
- Develop company-wide IT security best practices and train colleagues.
- Research new cyber security enhancements and recommend to management.
- Work with security and network teams to uncover vulnerabilities.
- Investigate security breaches and cyber incidents.
- Fix detected vulnerabilities in coordination with Network Administrator and System & DB Architect.
