- Execute implementation activities across lifecycle phases
/n
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and
/n /n ensure accurate system configurations and rule setups /n /n
- Configure product modules based on client workflows and requirements
/n
- Validate configurations through UAT support and scenario testing and troubleshoot
/n /n configuration issues during implementation and post go-live /n • Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer /n success, and support to drive smooth implementations /n • Identify and escalate risks,
resolve issues proactively, and communicate status /n updates to stakeholders regularly /n • Foster strong client relationships to support retention and identify opportunities for /n upselling or expansion /n Required Qualifications: /n /n
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field
/n
- Hands-on experience in implementations of SaaS products, preferably in healthcare
/n /n or healthtech sectors /n /n
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)
/n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
/n
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
/n
- Willingness to work overlapping time zones
