Role Description As a Senior Human Resources Manager at Purti Realty, you will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. You will design and implement HR policies and processes that support business goals and align with legal and ethical standards. On a day-to-day basis, you will partner with leadership on workforce planning, coach managers on people practices, resolve employee concerns, and drive engagement and retention initiatives.

You will also lead HR data reporting, support training and development programs, and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company guidelines. This is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata.





Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR domains, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Experience in HR policy design, implementation of HR processes, and compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, HRIS or related systems, and data-driven decision-making for workforce planning and reporting.
- Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to coach managers and collaborate across teams.
- Proven experience in leading change initiatives, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Several years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial or senior HR leadership role, preferably within real estate or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
