Role Description The Senior Human Resources Specialist will manage and enhance HR processes to support Code Brew Labs’ growing team and business objectives. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves overseeing recruitment and talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring process.

The specialist will administer HR policies, employee lifecycle activities, performance management programs, and compensation and benefits processes while maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws. Daily responsibilities include handling employee relations and grievance resolution, facilitating onboarding and orientation,



managing HR documentation and HRIS data, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also requires collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, culture and engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with organizational goals.

- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, HRIS usage, documentation management, and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, feedback facilitation, and basic compensation and perks administration.

- Relevant experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar senior HR role, preferably in a technology or fast-growing company environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor regulations, and compliance requirements in India.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
