Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition for Shine Logistics. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding hiring teams through selection decisions.

The recruiter will partner closely with leadership to understand workforce planning needs, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain a strong pipeline for operations, sales, and support positions on both domestic and offshore teams. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, maintaining applicant tracking systems, ensuring a positive candidate experience,



and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations, and contributing to HR projects that support employee engagement and retention.

- Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment.
- Human resources skills in workforce planning, onboarding coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain detailed records.
- Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics, optimize hiring processes, and support data-informed decisions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR or recruitment-related software platforms.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruiting and hiring in North America.
- Prior experience recruiting in logistics, transportation, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote workplace, with a proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving.
