About the Role

HR Exports Private Limited – Shazia Rice is expanding its team and looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day HR and operational activities. The role requires someone who can independently handle core HR responsibilities, coordinate effectively with different departments, and contribute to building a structured and employee-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, HR records, and personnel files.
- Manage and monitor attendance, leave, employee data, and payroll-related coordination.
- Support employees with day-to-day HR queries, grievances, and workplace requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR and administrative operations.
- Assist in maintaining and implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.




- Support employee engagement, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, MIS, and documentation as required.
- Contribute to improving HR processes as the organization continues to expand and grow.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
