We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and coordination with clients to close positions successfully.

Position: Senior Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Permanent, Contract, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing across IT and Non-IT functions.

- Partner with enterprise clients and hiring managers to understand requirements and execute effective hiring strategies.

- Recruit for Vanilla, Niche, and Current-Age Technology roles across multiple domains.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Headhunting, referrals, job portals, ATS, and internal databases.

- Handle candidate screening, technical validation, interview coordination, stakeholder management, salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipeline trackers, hiring reports, and MIS.

- Mentor and supervise junior recruiters/interns, ensuring sourcing quality and productivity.

- Drive candidate engagement and ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
