GoL Ventures is a fast-growing organization with operations across Travel, Cruise Tourism, Shore Excursions, Hospitality, MICE, Seaplane Operations, and Logistics. We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to lead our human resource function and support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments.

Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Engagement & Relations

Build and maintain a positive work culture.

Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.

Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Support employee retention and satisfaction programs.

HR OperationsManage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.

Coordinate payroll inputs and employee records.

Maintain HRMS and ensure accurate employee data.

Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

Performance ManagementAssist in implementing KPI/KRA and appraisal processes.

Track employee performance and development plans.

Support managers in conducting performance reviews.

Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.





Implement and monitor company HR policies and procedures.

Support audits and compliance-related activities.

Training & DevelopmentIdentify employee training requirements.

Coordinate induction and orientation programs.

Organize learning and development initiatives.

Organizational DevelopmentWork closely with management on workforce planning.

Support organizational growth and restructuring initiatives.

Drive HR best practices across all business verticals.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.

Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, labour laws, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, Aviation, Cruise, Logistics, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Malayalam will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
