We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, leave, documentation, and HR administration. The candidate should have robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and the ability to handle employee matters professionally and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.

Source and screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with the respective departments for further rounds.

Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.

Monitor attendance, late coming, leave, permissions, and staff timings.

Manage and update leave records and attendance reports.





Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related concerns professionally.

Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development.

Ensure employees follow school policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Coordinate with management and department heads regarding staffing and employee-related matters.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in coordination with management.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Assist with payroll inputs, salary processing, deductions, and statutory requirements.

Conduct employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture.

Support audits, inspections, and other HR administrative requirements.
