Senior Hands-on SAP HANA/DBA Professional

Needed for contractual, remote, support role,

Strictly 10+ years of overall experience,

Can directly DM on (phone hidden),

Work type: Remote support role

Required availability ( between 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM) IST, for 4-5 hrs daily

US shift (generally till 12:30 AM IST sometimes meeting can happen till 2:30 AM)

Required a senior hands-on SAP HANA/DBA skilled who can independently support and troubleshoot enterprise SAP environments.

Strong hands-on SAP HANA, SAP Basis & S/4HANA production support.

Troubleshoot HANA DBA, performance, backup/recovery, HSR, upgrades and system issues.

Should have mandatory Experience in GCP, Ansible, Terraforms, and Jenkins, should know how to do the deployment actions like VM instance and databases deployment.

Should have experience with all type of Database like GCP DB, PostgresDB, Oracle.





Support SAP Cloud Connector, BTP, SAC and SDI/DPA integrations.

Handle certificates, SSL/TLS, connectivity and network-related troubleshooting.

Independently investigate incidents, identify root cause, and drive issues to resolution.

Coordinate effectively with Network, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure and Application teams.

Maintain runbooks, documentation, DR procedures and operational processes.

Be comfortable with production support, critical incidents and on-call responsibilities.

Overall expectation: They want someone who can take ownership of complex SAP HANA/Basis issues end-to-end rather than just perform routine administration.
