We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual communication across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a creative mindset, excellent knowledge of design tools, and the ability to independently handle multiple projects from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, brochures, posters, branding materials, and print media.
- Lead the design process from concept development to final artwork and production.
- Create engaging and visually consistent social media creatives, campaign designs, reels/thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain brand identity, guidelines, templates, and visual systems.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and management teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective designs.
- Review and improve designs created by junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall brand communication.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, visual styles, and creative technologies.




- Take ownership of creative projects and proactively suggest new ideas and design solutions.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Figma
- Canva
- Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into compelling visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Valuable time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Experience & Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience in agency, advertising, digital marketing, branding, or corporate design is preferred.
- A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory.

What We’re Looking For We need someone who is more than just a software operator—someone who can think creatively, understand the purpose behind a design, develop concepts, and deliver polished visual communication.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of projects, mentoring junior designers, and maintaining a high standard of creative output.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
