Roles & Responsibilities
Produce high-quality visual designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas.
Ensure consistency in design across all brand assets and communication channels.
Uphold and enforce brand guidelines in all design projects to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and creative ideas to the team.
Create multimedia content including info graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance visual storytelling.
Adapt designs for various platforms and screen sizes, optimizing user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with multimedia design tools and emerging design technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
