We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in healthcare software development, including EHR/EMR systems, PACS/DICOM imaging, medical image post-processing, clinical charting, and AI integration.

The ideal candidate should understand both healthcare workflows and modern software architecture and be comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and medical imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack healthcare applications
- Build and improve EHR/EMR modules
- Develop clinical patient charting and documentation workflows

- Build modules for

- Patient demographics

- Appointments and scheduling

- Encounters

- SOAP/progress notes

- Provider documentation

- Orders

- Medications

- Diagnoses

- Lab and imaging results

- Billing/RCM workflows
- Integrate healthcare systems using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and web services
- Work with PACS and DICOM imaging systems
- Build DICOM upload, transfer, viewing, routing, and study management workflows
- Experience with DICOMweb, C-STORE, C-FIND, C-MOVE, STOW-RS, WADO-RS, or similar technologies
- Integrate imaging viewers and post-processing tools
- Develop or integrate medical image post-processing pipelines
- Work with CT/Cardiac imaging workflows where applicable
- Integrate AI/ML models into clinical and imaging workflows
- Create AI-assisted clinical charting and provider-review workflows
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI or other healthcare AI models
- Build AI-assisted:

- Chart summaries

- Clinical documentation

- Provider suggestions

- Medical coding assistance





- Imaging analysis workflows

- Report generation
- Ensure AI output remains reviewable and controlled by healthcare professionals
- Build secure APIs and scalable backend services
- Work with cloud infrastructure such as AWS
- Implement secure healthcare data storage and access controls
- Maintain audit logs, role-based access, and healthcare security standards
- Troubleshoot frontend, backend, database, PACS, and integration issues
