About the Role

Kauvery Hospital is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The role requires solid hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, and mobile application development, with ownership of features from architecture through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#), Python, and Node.js.
- Build responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the technology stack.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum sprint planning and estimation.

Required Skills

- 6 to 7 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET/C#, Python, and Node.js.
- Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript.




- Experience developing and deploying applications using React Native.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Solid knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure/AWS cloud deployment.
- Strong debugging, system design, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Docker / Kubernetes
- MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Unit and integration testing frameworks such as xUnit, Jest, or Detox
- GraphQL

Qualification

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
