About the Role - We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business-development activities for interior design, construction, and related services. The role will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality leads, managing key client relationships, driving revenue, and guiding the sales team toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate Requirements 4–7 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Project Sales. Strong experience in Interior Designing, Construction, Real Estate, or related project-based sales is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value projects. Experience managing client relationships and handling the complete sales cycle. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.



Ability to develop and maintain a strong client and referral network. Leadership ability with experience guiding or mentoring junior sales team members. Strong market knowledge and ability to identify new business opportunities. Target-oriented, confident, self-motivated, and commercially driven. Professional presentation and convincing skills.

- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, market visits, and site visits. Personal two-wheeler / vehicle is mandatory.
