We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join our energetic team supporting the Kitchen & Bath division. In this key role, you will use your Power BI, Python and SQL expertise to turn data into actionable insights and build intuitive dashboards that support root-cause analysis and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong business intelligence background and a passion for applying data to solve real-world business challenges.
Role and Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency,
reduce costs, and improve overall performance
Create data pipelines and curate data for various supply chain use-cases
- Create Insightful Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards for analytics outputs to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
- Champion Process Automation: Continuously spot and execute automation opportunities to streamline processes using Power Automate, VBA, Python etc.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Clearly and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in a data analyst or similar role with a focus on supply chain domain. Conversant with line manufacturing and distribution processes
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying complex reports/dashboards and reports using Power BI, including proficiency in DAX and Power Query
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and VBA / Power automate scripting for automation
- Experienced in Python/SQL for data processing/preparation and pipeline orchestration on Fabric/Databricks
- Conversant with PowerApps application development
- Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for solving complex problems with data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively
