– NVOCC / Liner Operations Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NVOCC / Liner Operations Executive to manage end-to-end coordination of liner activities, documentation, and customer service. The role requires strong operational knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to ensure smooth cargo movement across sea, air, and land.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Coordination: Handle NVOCC / liner operations including booking creation, follow-up, and vessel scheduling.
- Documentation Control: Prepare Bills of Lading (B/L), manage shipping instructions, manifests, and ensure compliance with Dubai authorization.
- Tracking & Monitoring: Oversee container movements, SOC equipment inventory, reefer shipments, and escalate exceptions promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide shipment status updates, resolve queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with carriers, agents, depots, terminals, and suppliers for seamless operations.




- Commercial Support: Assist with rate requests, quotations, invoicing, debit/credit notes, and reconciliation.
- Reporting: Prepare MIS reports and management updates for performance tracking.
- Sales Support (Optional): Engage in telesales and provide support to the commercial team when required.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Shipping, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in NVOCC / liner operations or freight forwarding.
- Solid knowledge of documentation, vessel schedules, and container tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in reefer shipment handling.
- Knowledge of SOC equipment management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,848.45 - ₹31,696.21 per month
