Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to support the organization across HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR processes. The role will work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver effective HR solutions, ensure a positive employee experience, and support the organization's people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business & HR Support

- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, provide HR support, and align people initiatives with business objectives.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee documentation, probation tracking, internal movements, employee queries, and exit formalities, while ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, HR activities, and workplace programs to enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen organizational culture, and encourage team collaboration.
- Act as a key HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, HR processes, compliance, and day-to-day HR matters.

Talent Acquisition

- Employee Relations & HR Advisory
- HR Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of talent acquisition and manpower planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing and approachable personality with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.




- Ability to handle employee relations and HR queries professionally.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRMS/HR technology platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in a generalist HR role or HR business partnering environment will be preferred.
- Experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Exposure to SmartRecruiters or any ATS will be an advantage.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder organization is preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
