Job Title

Senior Executive - Civil

BE Civil Engineer 5-6 years experince in manufacturing industry

- Site execution along with quality & safety as per norms of the company and government standards
- Co-ordination with consultants for constructional details
- Co-ordinate with all sub-ordinate and supporting team as well as sub-contractor.
- Monitoring the Finishing Work (Block Work, Plaster, Every Kind of Flooring).
- Progress monitoring & updating same to reporting manager on daily basis. preparing and approval of BBS
- Checking of sub- contractor bills.
- Preparation of DPR & Submitting to the reporting manager.
- Validating the BOQ & rates.
- Highlighting the issues to management if any work is hampered.
