We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Senior Executive – B2C Logistics to manage our day-to-day delivery operations, rider allocation, route planning, and last-mile execution.

About the RoleThe Senior Executive – B2C Logistics will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are picked up and delivered on time. The role will involve assigning deliveries to riders, coordinating with delivery partners, optimizing delivery routes, tracking live deliveries, and resolving operational issues.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Hyderabad West routes, especially areas around Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Hitech City, Financial District, Nanakramguda, and surrounding locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day B2C meal delivery operations from order allocation to final delivery.
- Assign customer orders to delivery riders based on location, availability, capacity, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with delivery riders to ensure timely pickup from kitchens and delivery to customers.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time, distance, and delivery costs.
- Monitor live deliveries and proactively follow up on delayed, missed, or incorrectly assigned orders.
- Ensure riders reach the designated pickup location on time and collect orders without unnecessary delays.




- Coordinate multiple deliveries and identify opportunities for route consolidation and multi-order allocation.
- Recruit, onboard, and coordinate with delivery riders/partners as required to maintain adequate rider availability.
- Maintain daily rider availability and deployment plans based on order volumes and delivery requirements.
- Track rider performance, attendance, productivity, delivery time, and order completion rates.
- Handle rider-related operational issues and coordinate quick resolutions to avoid customer delays.
- Coordinate with kitchen/operations teams regarding order readiness and pickup timings.
- Work closely with Customer Support to resolve delivery-related customer complaints and escalations.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Delivery TAT, Rider Utilization, Order Completion Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Delivery Cost per Order.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports and highlight operational gaps to management.
- Support delivery planning during peak hours, weekends, promotions, and high-order-volume periods.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, rider utilization, and overall customer experience.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C logistics, last-mile delivery, delivery operations, e-commerce, food delivery, or a similar field.
- Mandatory:



Strong knowledge of Hyderabad West routes and localities.
- Should be familiar with areas such as Kondapur, Whitefields, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Hitech City, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Manikonda, and surrounding areas.
- Hands-on experience in rider/delivery partner allocation and last-mile operations.
- Good understanding of route planning and delivery optimization.
- Comfortable handling multiple riders and deliveries simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and ability to handle time-sensitive operational issues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, Excel/Google Sheets, and delivery/logistics applications.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, e-commerce delivery operations, food delivery, 3PL, or other last-mile logistics companies will be preferred.
