We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive with 5–10 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, CHA, Shipping, or Logistics companies.

The candidate will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, GST/TDS compliance, invoicing, payment follow-up, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including customer invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain customer ledgers and outstanding reports.
- Perform customer, bank, and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Handle GST-related activities, including data preparation and filing support.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and filing.
- Verify invoices, credit notes, debit notes, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales,



and Finance for billing and payment-related issues.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts and payments.
- Prepare periodic reports related to receivables, outstanding payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Valuable experience in Reconciliation
- Knowledge of GST and TDS
- Experience in Invoicing and Customer Collections
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
