We are looking for an ERP Senior Specialist with robust Oracle Cloud HCM expertise and primary skill in Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Reporting (EPRCS). The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, end-to-end implementation experience, solution architecture capability, and the ability to engage with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Expert understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resources end-to-end business flows.
- Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly Global HR and Payroll.
- Participation in at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects, preferably as the module/project owner.
- Develop and/or fine-tune estimating models, methodologies, and project estimates.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and their usage across multiple industries.
- Advanced understanding of the overall Oracle Cloud ERP solution.
- Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and UK taxation processes.
- Understanding and hands-on exposure to Redwood UI migration.
- Ability to architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformation solutions.
- Ability to present solutions to clients and prospects and address functional and technical queries.
- Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Prepare design proposals covering cost, timelines, alternatives, and recommendations to support current and future business needs.
- Recommend and make decisions that materially impact the success of project outcomes.
- Lead the design and development of at least one HCM asset, accelerator, offering, or differentiator.
- Strong primary skill in Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Reporting (EPRCS).
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
- Excellent analytical, solutioning, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead complex Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple industries and business environments is preferred.
