Achievement of Conversion order book targets and new trials
- Drive trials with new clients / new products / current solutions •Ensure Conversion order book targets are achieved ( shared responsibilities with Sales)
Visit key target customers at regular frequency
- Troubleshoot product performance related issues •Showcase new technical capabilities developed and product offering
Conceptualize 'right' solution by coordinating with design and R&D;
- Understand customer pain points and strategic priorities •Coordinate with design to develop the 'right' offering (solution and product) which will address customer pain points / strategic priorities •Articulate the value proposition of the new proposed solution (cost and benefits analysis) and convince the client, along with Sales team
Provide product development inputs to R&D;
- Synthesize market trends to identify implications on future product development •Assess the new offering from competition and implication on future product development •
Improve product knowledge across organization
- Conduct product trainings with sales and production team
- •Have worked in site and is conversant working in actual plant environment •Conversant with working of Steel, Power, Cement, & other bulk material handling plants. •Knowledge of Conveyor system . •Should be able to read engineering drawings. •Ready to travel for 15 days a month
Preferred candidate profile : •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. •

Person conversant with design engineering tools like Auto Cad , Inventor
•4-7 years of working experience .
