- Manufacturing experience in RUBBER and / or EPOXY range of products
- Knowledge on rubber & Epoxy manufacturing, Rubber processing techniques & epoxy casting methodologies
- Familiarity with test method for Polymers; Rubber; Epoxy.
- Robust on analytical tools
- Polymer Curing process and technology
- Awareness of WCM methodology
