Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electronics & Embedded Design Engineer with strong expertise in electronic circuit design, embedded hardware, PCB design, power electronics, motor control, and product development.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of electronics development, from concept and circuit design through PCB development, testing, validation, compliance, and production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing analog and digital electronics, battery-powered systems, power management solutions, motor control electronics, and EMC/EMI-compliant products.

Key ResponsibilitiesElectronics Design & Development

- Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for industrial and consumer applications.
- Develop embedded hardware for battery-powered and mains-powered systems.
- Design low-power and energy-efficient electronic solutions.
- Integrate ASICs and other specialized electronic components into product designs.
- Develop and review hardware architectures for recent products.

PCB Design

- Design and review multilayer PCBs, including boards up to 16 layers.
- Ensure appropriate signal integrity, power integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability.
- Support PCB prototyping, design reviews, and product industrialization.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve PCB and production issues.

Embedded Systems & Motor Control

- Develop electronics for PMSM, BLDC, and brushed DC motor control applications.




- Design hardware architectures supporting sensorless motor control.
- Work closely with embedded software teams for hardware–firmware integration.
- Support system-level optimization and debugging.

Power Electronics

- Design and develop SMPS and DC power conversion circuits.
- Work with electronic systems operating across a wide voltage range, including 3.3V to 250V DC.
- Develop battery-powered and ultra-low-power electronic systems.
- Evaluate and select appropriate power components and architectures.

Testing, Validation & Compliance

- Plan and execute hardware verification and validation activities.
- Perform EMC/EMI testing and troubleshooting and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct design validation and reliability testing.
- Troubleshoot field and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support regulatory and product compliance activities.

Technical Leadership

- Take technical ownership of electronics design throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Prepare design specifications, technical documentation, test reports, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Support supplier and manufacturing teams on technical issues.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer & Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in electronics design and embedded hardware development.
