Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, .NET/C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and DevOps, with a proven ability to investigate complex technical issues, develop scalable solutions, and work effectively in an agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service solutions.
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, entities/tables, relationships, security, and configurations.
- Design, develop, test, and quality-assure complex Power Automate workflows that integrate multiple business entities and processes.
- Develop Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflows using C#/.NET and related Microsoft technologies.
- Develop front-end customizations and components using TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Apply Microsoft best practices and recommended methodologies when designing and implementing Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Keep up to date with Microsoft's latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform release waves, assessing their impact and proactively adapting solutions where required.
- Maintain source control and follow project development processes by regularly committing and pushing changes to the Git repository.
- Participate actively in the team's agile delivery process, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and other team alignments.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Conduct feature demonstrations and present completed functionality to stakeholders.
- Proactively investigate alternative solutions and contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of professional experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including administration, configuration, customization, development, and data usage.
- Proven experience with Power Automate, including designing complex workflows and applying Microsoft's recommended best practices.
- Strong development experience with Microsoft .NET / C#.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript for front-end and Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflow activities.
- Experience with DevOps practices and source control systems, with hands-on experience using Git.
- Experience working with Contact Centre solutions and/or AI Agents within Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to investigating and debugging complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional development team.
- Proactive attitude with a solid focus on solution investigation, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a critical approach to solution design and implementation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Advanced experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Centre and AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and governance.
- Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated deployment practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar DevOps platforms.
