Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Demand Management (EDM) Consultant with a strong background in OpenText/HP PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting enterprise demand management processes, implementing enhancements, working with business stakeholders, and leveraging AI capabilities to improve demand management, portfolio planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and enhance Enterprise Demand Management (EDM) processes and solutions.
- Gather business and technical requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Design, configure, and implement demand management workflows, request types, dashboards, and reports.
- Drive enhancements across Project Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, and Demand Management modules.
- Design and develop data extracts, procedures, packages, functions, and integrations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting solutions.
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and automation.
- Support UAT, production support, defect resolution, and ongoing platform optimization.
- Provide best-practice recommendations around portfolio planning, investment management, resource management, and demand governance.
- Prepare solution documentation, functional specifications, technical design documents, and process flows.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Demand Management (EDM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Strong experience with OpenText PPM / HP PPM.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Demand Management
- Project Management
- Resource Management
- Financial Management
- Portfolio Planning
- Workflow Configuration
- Dashboard Development
- Reporting and Analytics
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, M-Views, and Data Extract development experience.
- Experience with system integrations, web services,



and enterprise applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience incorporating AI/Generative AI capabilities into business processes, reporting, analytics, decision support, or workflow automation.
- Exposure to AI-enabled portfolio prioritization, resource forecasting, demand planning, or predictive analytics.
- Experience with enterprise reporting and data visualization solutions.
- Prior experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent client-facing and consulting experience.
- Ability to work independently and drive solutions from requirements through implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

- OpenText PPM upgrade experience.
- Investment Planning and Portfolio Governance experience.
- Experience training business users and leading workshops.
